Within the deepest part of your heart is the a love that is connected to the Source of all Love. Whenever your mind is trying hard and working overtime to accomplish what you are asking of it, it is a good idea to take a few moments to just go to your heart and feel love. This Love has a wonderful healing property. It will restore you to a peaceful place and right to the center of your being.

Take some deep clearing breaths
Let them guide you to the depths of your heart.
The secret innermost place where the Source of all Love dwells.
Clear away all the barriers, and the fears that might dwell there and with each breath find yourself going deeper and deeper into the place of love within.

And see your self there as a young baby held within the arms of the Divine Mother.
See the beauty the innocence, the sweetness and the trust that is in you as that baby. And know this feeling of great love. Feel how safe and protected you are. See rainbows of Light that surround you in this heavenly place within.

Know that you are loved, that you are loving and that you are lovable.
And in this perfect loving moment let this love be alive in you. Be open to receive it into every part of your being. Into your mind body and spirit. Breathe it in and embrace it. Believe it.

And now send this love out to your loved ones, your circle of friends, your family, your co-workers, see it expand and flow out to the entire state the country and then spread in loving rays to encircle the world
And see all those in need of love feel this love and reach out for it.
Know you are at one with this feeling of love in the world and feel this oneness of love and light that makes up the world and feel great gratitude for it. This love lives in every atom and is in every living thing in the world. See this oneness , feel this oneness .
Then with a breath see this love coming back to you a hundredfold see it come back into your heart and mind and body and fill every cell of your body. Let it release all fears, see yourself forgiving anyone and yourself for anything that has hurt or disappointed you.
Know that this love is within you and you can go to it and call on it at any time and at any place. That you can silently say Love, Love, Love
And this love will be recalled within you. And remember, Love never Fails.
