A NEW DAWN

I awoke one morning knowing that change was inevitable.

It had been a very dark period in my life. Fear was only too prevalent casting a gloomy shadow in my beautiful moment, leaving me lost and confused. I had prayed and prayed to my God to open a portal for me to be engulfed and placed on the journey back home, so I could feel pain no more.

A decision to leave the last five years behind and never looking back, encompassed my walk to the studio that morning. Spring was so Divinely in the air.

Sometimes when the messages come, a peaceful wave of nature will fill the senses leaving the lovely fragrance of fresh Mother Earth to linger in the memory forever, lush with life and new beginnings.

The bare canvas sat on the easel.

I looked around my studio at all the pieces that had accumulated over the last four years. The work was a strong confirmation of a new wellness and hope. The intention of this new work was to share the magic of the Divine Conscious Moment, in the hope that it might make a small difference in the helping to deliver an unshakable glimmer of hope to the broken heart of man.

A great sense of gratitude overwhelmed me.

My God, I was so in love with my Heavenly Father for His gift of the Holy Spirit in the conscious moment.

I looked back at my blank canvas waiting for me on the easel and a vision appeared, it was there, my magical moment of awakening in the 'Dawn Of A New Day.'

Thank you Divine Spirit for living in my heart and filling each moment of darkness with your heavenly light and the gift of such deep passion to share with the rest of humanity.

Wow... Imelda.... I hadn't read your story before sending you my last message... did I say wow?

When I saw your art the first time, I had no idea of the story behind it... you know... I kind of recognize a theme here... have you noticed?
