Life Review

This is a great time to take an inventory of your life, and to resolve to change or heal anything that is out of balance. Begin to plan a special time to take a personal inventory of your life and goals, where you have been and what is not complete that you would like to complete. Release those you no longer need. After this is complete you are ready to make a new beginning from a healthier, more grounded perspective.

Newly crossed over souls do this as they release the physical lifetime and merge back with their spirit self. Doing this activity before the transition phase allows for you open up to many beautiful new opportunities now.
