Open your arms to this Now moment,

Tasting each breath,

engaging in each smile,

Feeling each precious moment as a gift.

 

There is not any time to waste,

There is not any lesson learned

When you Hide from your life.

When you distract your self from being Present.

Do not look away

from this moment you are in.

For you will always come back to you,

and in you will be the Power to accept

who you are, this Spirit in Form.

 

Cherish this time,

And feel the treasures found hidden in Life,

Choose to Live each day engaged

 in Being.

For it is in the Here and Now

That you can experience

The Truth of Love,

The Gift of Life.

And God’s Light Reflected
