The Prince of Peace

 

Lay down your Battle with Life my Friend,

Lay Down Your the fight

Let it now end.

Lay down the need to defend

what you say and you do,

And let God’s Will work with you,

And bring Peace unto you,

For God’s got your back.

So you can just be,

A child of God’s love

And in God’s Love you are free.

 

Let Christ be your Master,

Let his Love fill your Heart,

And just believe in the teacher,

To guide you through your part.

For with God’s  great compassion

 you’re forgiven and free,

and with Christ Living Light

in your heart Love will Be.

 

Accept who are,

And let kindness be the key,

Be kind to your self and understand others needs.

Instead of fighting find the answers in Prayer.

The way will be shown

To live with God’s Presence here.

Lay Open your heart, and open your Soul,

Let the Master Protect you

And God’s blessing You’ll Know.
