Meditation
Be not afraid to simply Be.
Prayers are us reaching out and talking to God. Mediation is being quiet, listening and just being with that divine energy that is within us.
Beyond all distractions and all of the
many things we do to fill the mind, and beyond all of the thoughts there is a place of deep quiet inside.
A place to be still, to be with your self and the presence of your soul.
Breathe yourself into the stillness, align the body, release the mind and just let the thoughts go.
Every time any thoughts come and distract you just let them go and come back to the quiet center inside.
You can gently focus on the third eye , the center of your forehead
And hold a relaxed steady gaze there. You can see yourself in a beautiful room of gold, Just you with the Presence that is who you are.
Say “be still and know that I am God.”
Feel the Love that is present, feel the Light that is alive that is from the Source of all.
And let this Love and light fill every cell of your being. Let your self dwell in this perfect place of peace. In this healing energy and let it restore you. Be in the peace, just Be.
And when you are ready to come out of meditation bring this energy into your total awareness .
Take a few deep integrating breaths. Fill your body and mind and all of your emotions with the energy you have experienced.
And give thanks for this time and space that you have had in light and love.
