....inspiring and soothing watching the video...:-)))...perhaps one could add something :the notion of time.The
western world is conditioned living in a distorted perception of"time".Being with your whole attention in the here
and now...when we eat,we"just"eat,when we walk we w a l k...and so on...would slowly replace
very effectively the desire of what we have to do...later,tomorrow,next week...respectively the desire thinking
about what we've done one hour ago,yesterday,last year.Remaining constantly in this desiring state of i want,
i should have,i ought to,i need,i wasn't, i couldn't, i still have to...ect, takes us away of being in the moment -
where a different,realer reality is taking place.Robert Tennyson Stevens(go google) studied the language of the
hopi indians,finding out that they do not have a word for"now" ,obviously there's no need for it.....dp
