Great group! I believe the workplace will be the most effective, and the most challenging platform to facilitate cultural change in our country. It should start with individuals in management and leadership positions who have influence over others. If those people's decisions and actions can come from a place of love instead of fear, a cultural change will begin to radiate, and companies and employess will be much more productive and successful respectively.

We can treat every person we deal with in business with dignity and respect. Our word can be our bond. If we say we are going to follow up and do something , we do it. We can return phone calls and be a good listener. We can have clear strong boundaries and come from a space of love. We can choose to work with people whenever possible.

I love that you are starting this discussion, for what we surely need is a shift in how we conduct business on this planet. I like the use of a mission statement to keep intentions and priorities in the forefront. In my work as a life coach, I support the evolution of human consciousness one person at a time, including love and forgiveness as powerful tools in the process of achieving desired goals. I think just holding thoughts of love and unity and wholeness as we go about our working day is strong medicine.
