Dear Artists for Freedom Supporter, Members, Friends!

Now that the year 2010 is coming to an end and the festive season is drawing near for many of us, we’d like to take this opportunity and send all of you seasonal greetings from Germanys current winter idyll: The Artists for Freedom
Team wishes you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, a relaxing vacation, and all
the best for 2011! May the New Year bring you good health, happiness, peace, and
much more freedom for all.

The last year has been very exciting for us. We were very happy to see the growth of Artists for Freedom e.V. and the trust that could build. We had impressive Freedom Events, three songs written for Artists for freedom,
different exhibitions and much fun with the participating artists and our
guests. Yes, we can say, Artists for Freedom is providing a home for many
artists, supporter and global minds.
We get positive feedback from many people around the world.

Since ʺTogether! Create! Change!ʺ is our slogan, we were delighted to see how many more artists and interested people attend our unique network.

We are very happy to support Madamfo Ghana e.V. and from 2011 on SOLWODI Deutschland e.V. You can  find the photos from Madamfo Ghana with the freed children on our website. Thanks to Bettina Landgrafe, for her great work.

However, the impressive story of Artists for Freedom would never be possible without YOU. Therefore, we’d like to thank you for bringing the Artists for Freedom idea to life, for supporting our events with your art, ideas and your
helping hand.

We have plenty of plans for 2011. One of all is our upcoming event in Ludwigshafen/Rhine. Hope to see many of you there in person. As a helping hand, supporter, artist, friend ore just as an visitor of our special Artists for
Freedom Freedom Events.

Invitation to the 3rd Official Artists for Freedom Art Exhibition, Ludwigshafen, Spring 2011, “BE THE FUTURE NOW!”

Artists for Freedom e.V. is going to organize the 3rd official Artists for Freedom art exhibition in spring 2011. In the halls of a restored warehouse at Rheinhafen Ludwigshafen, recent works of art that have been selected will be exhibited. The deadline for applications will be on January 31st, 2011. The invitation to the 3rd edition of this event will give young artists a new opportunity in 2011 to present their own work, supported by Artists for Freedom e.V.

Conditions for the participation in the project for the artists of all genres is the submission of works from the categories painting, digital arts, graphic arts, sculpturing, jewellery design, photography, literature, videos or installation art. Furthermore the works have to be new, which means not older than three years and have to be related to the topic ‘Be the Future now!’.
