This is a close up of a carnation that is in one of the vases of flowers that were near my Mother's casket. I took this one today with a new camera. It's been eleven days since the funeral and I took these today. All the greenery and other flowers are either dying or already dead. This on carnation in the center of the arrangement is in full bloom. I'm taking it as a sign that my Mother is alright. She is in the ultimate place of love, peace, joy, and contentment. She is smiling at her children that are now grown adults and knows she gave it her all. I love you so much Mom. Your first born son
