Do You Ever Do This Immediate Stress Buster?

This one action shifts stress, energy, and yes, often even outcomes, in an instant. And, when you feel life is heaping one frustration on you after another, it seems the last thing you’d ever do.

Earnest as rushing wind blowing over hilltops at sunset as this sun drips into its bucket of timelessness. Cascading entities lay down their shadows bowing gracefully to nights uninterrupted bequeath at my mercy. I have come to this mountaintop to survey the meaning of life, for it has nothing to do with me a mere creature of dust. Its swirls around me as I turn spinning in the lucid spray of stars that surround my dance to oblivion.
