In nondoing, in relaxing,

we're not adding to this moment,

we're not trying to manipulate…

It is wonderful to see that more and more people are finding the benefits of meditation. There is however, much misperception about the effectiveness of meditation and the powerful energetic processes that happen in longer sessions of deep internal communication.

There has been a growing ‘market’ for giving the perception…

Everything exists in this very moment

Your dreams already exist

Their materialisation happens

Through your belief in them.

In your alignment to your highest purpose

You allow the transmutation

Of experiences and opportunities…

You are a unique expression

Of consciousness in this world…

Remember…

Awake to be

Connected

Empowered

Fearless

Magnificent
