My focus is very much in the spiritual area in everything I do.  I am “differently abled” in a way that make me able to be very creative in the spiritual area.  My astrology system, along with my dumbbell swing(similar to Barbarian swings), my meditative walking,  and other meditative exercises/techniques I have developed and use are all spiritual in their focus.  To me I see no difference between the word “spiritual” and the word “religious”.   They both focus in the same area!   Often…
