My Anchor

May I anchor my heart in your Heaven,

May my truth come through you to me.

May I let the Solace of the Soul Divine

Reach me so I may be free to be with thee.

The waters I travel may be rough,

And the Storm may rage in the World.

But my anchor is always within the Light,

And God’s Spirit is always waiting there.

 

May I anchor my Mind in your Peace,

And may my Compass guide me to your shore.

As I travel the World through so many days and Nights,

Yet, deep within my Soul,

There is a constant spark of Light,

A part of the Spirit of God is always burning  inside,

 so I can find  always go within to find out what’s right.

And the Christ is there to Guide me,

And the Angels of the Lord, guard the Journey onward

And provide me with Protection I’m so thankful for.

 

May I anchor my heart in your Heaven,

And let that love live here as I go on my way.

And may God’s blessings shine throughout my life

As I worship the Master every day..

I pray if I wander too far,

From the reason I came here for, God’s Purpose

Will remind me where My anchor is set in his port.

 

Life is an amazing journey, and we travel the world so far.

Our hearts will always return us home to that anchor on a distant shore.

 

And there’s always the Gift of Heavens Glory,

Waiting for us at Home.

And we will have all our stories, and will find how we have grown.

Our anchor will bring us back to God, that I truly do  Hope.

So may I anchor my heart in your heaven, Lord

For this is my true Source
