Aloha from Volcano, Hawai`i. Just joined Architects of a New Day and wanted to thank all of you for your commitment to causes that uplift the Spirit. As a fellow songwriter and the founder of an arts and peace organization I admire the artistry of Carlos' music and the compassion that he shares with others.

I love to watch blue crackle lightning at night.
The power and the glory of it reminds me nature is only too happy to unleash the glimpse of the enormous potential waiting for us to tap if we

ever get serious about trying new energy options!
I've a thought 'men in white coats' have the technology but stay quiet because generating power in traditional means is what they are told to do

by other 'men in silk suits'.
Looking out at the evening sky has me wondering why we're letting time go by without applying ourselves more diligently.
Energy cannot be made by man or destroyed by us, yet we can manipulate and harness it in various forms.
Quietly though, Earths enormous potential was a gift and is always there.
It was formed that way and will advertise it's wears until the end.
Are we in denial-too blind to notice, or is industry playing it safe and would rather battle others for their crude oil despite of all the

possibilities?
The laws of nature are speaking to us.
They tell us "look, we're here for you to utilise"!
Oil, and electric companies and governments will tell you the realistic options are being used.
They'll bleat on about their commitment to research in this new source of energy, but cannot afford to implement just yet!
So, nothing new to celebrate regarding the power and promise of nature.
It's almost embarrassing to be here in 2009 and ignore the relentless campaign, waged since the beginning of creation, and why?
Because some penny-pinching, tax inducing, air-polluting countries would rather exhaust depleting resources instead of just looking up!
What a shame.

I am hoping that Carlos Santana reads my message here posted.
No, I'm not out of my mind, but I just heard that I could be in the family tree of Carlos Santana. My God-Father's name is Larry Santana, whom has brothers named Raymond, Ben. They are related cousins of yours. Their momma was Cuca Santana who resided in San Francisco, but died many years back. The lived in the Precita area. My God Father says you all have a Santana Reunion up coming August? He says you show up to the reunions. I didn't believe him then but now I'm sorta curious. Guess I will be coming to the next familia Santana Reunion. I wonder humm are we related Carlos like that???
I'm researching this Big Time....I even heard this through a man named Sacho. Hope you read this message. If not I will find out at the next reunion hopefully, Im not letting this go though....we shall soon embrace as brothers & sisters do.

Jeff, I agree and ,I disagree,, II too was very excited when i first found this , site,,it was winter,, we all had more time,,I believe that the 60's and 70's were just the beginning of the age of aquarius,the late 70's and 80's just pure decadence.......... the 2000 nth year as we be countain,,nothin much,,,,then,, some of us got that itchy feelin,,, "Change is gonna come",, but I also believe that it wont come if we ,,for example on this site,, dont do anything posative to keep it movin,, its like one big wheel in da sky,,, we've invented it ,, now lets use it!! time to turn towards the future!! Peace on EARTH in our lifetimes,, keep on growing!!! TG

The good feelings and sense of well being is in evidence here but I keep recalling how it was in the late 60s with the consciousness revolution the media called 'the hippie movement'.
It failed to spread its wings into the 70s and beyond because of the lack of inertia, clear workable constitution and ongoing events to stimulate and engage the masses.
I call upon ALL members to help initiate ongoing programmes lest we soon consign this excellent grouping to history's wish list!
