'A good way to start changing the illusional fear based conditioning

is to micro manage yourself internally for a while.

When you find yourself being jealous, critical or stressed out by others success,

understand it is reflecting the belief you hold about yourself.



That your belief is still not valuing your own worth,

that you do not believe you are 'good enough'.

This is just an illusion, most often this is caused by negative false…

Thinking outside of the box does not come easy for those who find it difficult to think inside of it.
