AOAND Group Added To PeaceDay.TV

To promote the AOAND Community to others in the Peace Building sector, an AOAND group has been added on the www.peaceday.tv community. The "Peace Day TV site" will be broadcasting livestream events from peace partners throughout the year with culmination of the Annual 24 Hour Global Peace Day Broadcast on September 21st.

Upcoming streams now scheduled include Yuval Ron, and very likely events from the Sacred Awakening Series Tour. If you have a Peace or Spiritual related event and would to have it broadcast please let them know, creators and producers of the site are all AOAND Members. The PEACE DAY 2010 event scheduled for September 21st, "Peace Day". We
will highlight and honor the accomplishments of organizations and
individuals from around the world working to achieve the Millennium Development Goals, promote peace, human rights and sustainable development.

Eight United Nations Millennium Development Goals:

• Goal 1: Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger
• Goal 2: Achieve universal primary education
• Goal 3: Promote gender equality and empower women
• Goal 4: Reduce child mortality
• Goal 5: Improve maternal health
• Goal 6: Combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases
• Goal 7: Ensure environmental sustainability
• Goal 8: Develop a Global Partnership for Development

The 2010 Peace Day Broadcast will feature live feeds from celebrations
around the world starting Peace Day weekend (September 17th), and
culminating on the official United Nations Peace Day, September 21st.
Live events will be intermixed with pre-produced segments showcasing
the important work of our Peace-building partners and event sponsors.
