HI ,..'hope your day is going well .

This coming Wednesday ( 22-4-2009 ) seen the ' First 'live' performance ' of ''EVE'RYTHING ',.a song written for my daughter,..& angel.. 'EVE'.

EVE,..passed on last year,............

'..it was heavily covered in both Scottish national TV, & press,...& it's taken me till now to lift myself up,..& begin this Quest,..........she is with me as i write to you !

Hi ,..'as i sit here looking out to my cherry blossom tree i'm reflecting on our roles in 'nature' .

'We' sometimes pride ourselves on our 'superior intellect',.but choose this over ' gut feeling,..'instinct',..'inner voice'-,.....whatever one chooses to call it, .

We often have 'the answer 'there inside' ,..but will choose to invent 'options',..which only serve to confuse,..over 'the knowing' ,..the 'already learned' which sends signals to us free of charge !

H i,..'hope your day's good,...i'd like to share some positive energy with you ,..if i may .

'last sunday i attended a local jam session,..'things were in full flow on arrival,.& 'happy nods' were exchanged between musicians, & crowd .

I found my usual place to stand,..'a clear view' ,..but also private,..

Both of which are still in the process of getting better. I did however play golf yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is something about golf and listening to music that cause me to very naturally live in the moment. I am about to get an audio book titled, "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. My brother recommended it to me and it sounds like a learning experience. It's so ironic you should comment on my page. When playing golf yesterday I went into my Scottish brogue (as I do on the course because I love doing accents; ex-DJ ya know) and thought of you and wondered how you were doing. So happy to hear that you are plugging away and looking forward to the release of your daughter's song. Life has been arduous for you, for me, and so many.
