"Pastures in the sun"...... For some reason that phrase conjures up deep feelings of peace and contentment for me. I see horses grazing in a field, trees moving in a gentle breeze, and I can faintly hear the sound of running water.....and my whole body just sighs a big "ah". Mind and body together jettison any tension or anxiety and move to a state of deep, peaceful well being.
I have read that it is in moments of deep relaxation that our bodies do the best quality repair and… Continue

Over thousands of years there always have been single persons who reminded us to change. Their words had the effect of an invisible seed lost in the weeds. But the sowing of the most… Continue

"There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and be lost." ~ Martha Graham

The greatest challenge in life is that which is closest to your purpose of being. To the point that if you wish to know your central purpose in life, you need only look at where your greatest challenge lies.

In recent headlines there’s been a momentary round of hysteria about the congressman who inadvertently (or perhaps with denied intention) blurted out the words “You lie!” in the midst of a Presidential speech. Although this incident was sized upon by media and fellow members of the political establishment (with a desired resultant “shaming” of the “socially… Continue
Their face is a mix between luxury and emptiness.
World messed up with ancient natural but NO basical feeling.
The sun takes time to warm the earth. No need to make a fire in the sun. No need to celebrate, I enjoy to stand steel after seeing the whole world.

Depending on how long this polar shift lasts, he said, the effects on human memory and the mind as well as…Continue
We live in a world where "new" is a good thing. If something is new it is automatically better, an improvement of some type. In our consumer culture, new things are needed to encourage consumption. The tag line "new and improved" has been used in thousands of ad campaigns for almost every service and product that exists.
Why do we think that "new" is better? I guess we believe that something new must be an improvement over the old and that people wouldn't work to improve something… Continue
