Event Description
The Applied Mindfulness Conference is an annual gathering of experts from diverse fields presenting the benefits of mindfulness meditation in private and professional life. In addition to periods of meditation practice, discussion and workshops, the conference will present three major keynote topics and speakers. For more information, click here:
Rebekah Younger will be making a presentation at this conference on "Creating Contemplative Space: Environmental Cues for Mindfulness" along with other presenters in the health, education and therapeutic fields and other professionals.
