I feel that any and all growth hinges on finding Peace in oneself. That is the seed it all sprouts from.

Peace to All,

Laugh, Dance - Life is too short to live with regrets
Comment by Brotherhood Of Eternal Love on February 27, 2010 at 6:22am
Music is looked upon as something serious and holy, designed to purify the feelings of the people. The enthusiasm of the heart expresses itself involuntarily in a burst of song or the rhythmic movement of the body. From immemorial times the inspiring affects that moves all hearts, and draws them together, has mystified mankind.
The ancient kings made music in order to honor merit, and offered it with splendor to the Supreme Deity inviting their ancestors to be present. In the Temple folks drew near to God with music and pantomimes. The Ancestors were invited to these divine rituals as guests of the ruler of heaven and as representatives of humanity in the higher regions. This uniting of the human past with the Divinity in revering his ancestors with solemn moments of spiritual inspiration established the bond between God and man. Our first Earthdance and Theater.

WORD FOR THE DAY (gratefulness.org)
Thursday, Oct. 8

So far as past errors are concerned,
forget them and start afresh, as if it were your
first day in this body; but so far as your
present contacts are concerned, be kind to them,
as if it were your last day in this body.

Ho'Oponopono - taking responsibility for all
Karen of Gratitude Power left me this message, when I asked her if I could use Ho'Oponopono on someone who I thought betrayed me?
Hi Ron,
With Ho'Oponopono you take responsibility for the situation whether you felt you caused it or not. Dr. Hew Len explained in his book that total responsibility for life means everything in your life--simply because it is in your life..
If you take responsibility for your life, everything you see, hear, taste, touch or in anyway experience, is your responsibility because it's your life. ( I had to sit with that for awhile, but eventually it made sense)

It's always about the "Self"--when you cleanse the self with I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you--it's not about the other person at all--i'ts between you and the divine. When Dr. Hew Len cured a hospital of patients, he never met any of them--but the case came into his life experience and he took responsibility for the experience by cleansing himself with Ho' Oponopono.

All of your experiences live within you--when you shift within, everything automatically shifts around you. One thing that I've tried in relationships is to just think of the person and say to yourself "I love you" over and over again. I find that softens the tension and energy around the situation. In the meantime Ho'Oponpono is always--I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you--- it's about you---"peace begins with me"

I am excited about having a place to share some of my experiences of personal transformation as well as some of those not so coinidences that lead us to live in the flow.

The attention we pay to the nature of our thinking, therefore is the most powerful attention we can pay. Our spiritual victory lies in rising above our mental forces
of fear and limitation, using our wands to purify our thought forms, thus attaining the power to heal and be healed. We will think anew and and see anew Such is humanity's next step, our spiritual challenge, our power and our destiny.

That Integration of body/mind/soul is what is raising human consciousness -- the greater the integration, the greater the heighten consciousness, the higher consciousness, the greater the Transformation, and the Greater Transformation will, and is, bringing The New Dawn. This group has a vital place in Bringing About the New Dawn. Blessings, Namaste, Salem,

May you all be blessed in your journey with Integrated Growth, one step at a time. I think this means that as we evolve it affects all aspects of are lives, growth is a integration of the whole-self to a subtler beingness or vibration. Integration can be taken only "one step at a time" - each step being one vibrational frequency, each frequency is a step. The frequency (waves) at which we vibrate our thoughts, emotions, physicality, and spirit co-create the reality we experience. I suppose we can see life like a elevator, many steps between floors and people on every step, each evolving through time to step-up, eventually reaching the next floor. We all get there, enjoy your journey, open to integration, for now the world is in need for as many of us as possible to "step-up" to our responsibility as stewards of this Earth, and of one another. I love you all, Namaste.
