~BEACH MEDITATION~ with Kat Zaghi *FREE EVENT*

We will gather together and connect with Mother Earth as we take a beautiful and fun journey in the present moment to our divinity, our spirit, body and soul connection.

Come learn essential meditation tools that will empower your everyday life!

This is will be a great sanctuary setting to let go of the old and what no longer serves us and embrace the new that lies beneath.

We will also create new intentions and goals for our lives as we create space for all the new that is ready to come in.

I am very excited and looking forward to this event!

This will be a monthly event for the summer, so stay tuned for the next date.

No meditation experience necessary.

*Please bring paper and pen, warm clothes, a blanket or towel to sit on.

Where: Santa Monica Beach: 2600 Barnard Way
(2 Blocks west from Main st., cross street Ocean Park and Barnard Way)
