Right now I'm writing a book explaining the Mayan Calendar to the average person who has never heard of it. Included in that explanation is why such a person should care, how the energy acceleration documented by the Mayan people is already affecting them every day, and what to do to manage it all.

That is also what I am talking about on the radio. At least for part of the show. Each week I cover specific information about the Calendar, the human Chakra System, and some self-care items...and then find myself talking about something related but completely unplanned. This week, however, there is a little bit of a plan now emerging: I will be talking about something I just learned about in the last few days...the God box.

Here is the concept: The God box is a container w/a lid that you use for one purpose and with one intention.

Directions: You'll want to sit down and get comfortable. Offer gratitude for everything in your past and present, including the heavier stuff. Then ask yourself this question - in order to find your purpose and then *live* it, what is your biggest obstacle - what has you doubting your own ability to succeed? One thing. If you come up with a handful, relax into that list and let the biggest one emerge. If you still are cloudy about it, clear your mind and ask your gut. It will make itself known. If it is a list, then, well, it is a list. Write it down on a piece of paper. Put that paper in the God box. And then *close* the box. Set it in a special place in your house that you decide is the best place to give it to God. That can be on an altar, in the underwear drawer, on the mantle, or on a bookshelf. Probably best not to bury it in the backyard (you may want to add to it as time passes).

The God box is there to give you kinesthetic (by sense of touch) proof that you have a direct connection to the Divine.

The biggest challenge for me? Trusting that offering it up, acknowledging that I feel powerless to improve the situation (hence the worry), is enough...and that I can move forward with my life.

Chakra Girl Ministries is picking up speed, as well. Locally, the ministry will become more active in the next couple of months and I will be sharing those developments as they unfold. Something in the works is a space for people to gather and share their experiences with energy and its more miraculous qualities (miraculous = life changing). In my life, learning about energy has been life-altering...which I consider to be a not-so-minor miracle considering the life I used to live. (<-incidentally, that is the story in Break/Through.) These gatherings will also include a literal sharing of sustenance - we will be breaking bread together just as they did in the time of Jesus.
