YOGA PURIFICATIONS
Balance and fortify the body systems with breath practice, yoga postures and self-massage. With Rainah in the Temple. FRI 5pm, SAT 8am, SUN 8am

THE WISDOM OF THE BODY
Intrduction to the weekend and Shamanic Healing Journey.
With Mellissa in the Temple. FRI 8pm

FOOD AS MEDICINE
Boosting the immune system. Cleansing in the Fall.
With Crystal in the Upper Stonefront.
SAT 10.30-12.30pm ($30)

RIDING THE TIGER
Release and renew through breath and movement. With Richard and Loren
in the Temple. SAT 3pm

THE CHINESE APPROACH TO THE SEASON CHANGE
With Stuart and Keith in Upper Stonefront . SAT 7.30 - 9pm ($30)

ESSENE PURIFICATION PRACTICES
Alkalizing the body and guided sound healing meditation. With Heather in Upper Stonefront. SUN 11am – 1pm ($30)


EACH SESSION IS OPEN TO EVERYONE. SOME ARE PRICED AT $30, THE OTHERS ARE BY DONATION.

THE WHOLE WEEKEND PROGRAM COSTS $95. INCLUDED ARE THE DONATIONS, AN EXTENDED STAY AT HARBIN AND WEEKEND MEMBERSHIP.

You may bring your own food, or take advantage of our special menus designed for this weekend (additional cost). For room reservations, call 1-800-622-2477 (CA) or 1-707-987-2477 well in advance. For camping, no reservations are needed; just register at the front gatehouse when you arrive. We do invite you to extend your retreat at Harbin after the weekend for your own in-depth cleanse at regular guest rates. Harbin Health Service practitioners will be available for private session bookings to support your process.
