Inner Cleansing Meditation

Find the light that lives in you, and live it! Develop an internal prayer that moves you within, A Moving Prayer.

-As children, we absorb experiences.
-We develop protections for the bad ones.
-The protections can dominate our view.
-Each protection captures internal attention.
-Our subconscious becomes held by these.
-Our daily interpretations are based on these.
-When you go within you can release these.
-With less anger our being clears out.
-One retains protection, not controlled by it.
-A calmer being results in a calmer person.
-Calmer people work better together.
- You can be freed, it just takes some work.

This is a one day musical meditation that introduces you to a process that can let you see past what you have learned and believe to the deepest, eternal part of your being. Most likely you won’t get all you need this one day, but continuing the process leads you to a place where you can be freed of all the angers, emotions, impediments that tie you down, leave them, and find you true being.

The class introduces the process, leads you through it with live meditative music, and includes two CD’s for you to take. One CD has a reminder of the process and why you do it, with music to support the meditation. The second CD leaves out the reminder and adds to the music, should you want to go on with out the discussion.

The cost is $30, held at the Lemon Grove Sun Temple Gardens of Jim Ellis, on November 20, 3 - 6 pm.
