Dear Len: I am really intereted in returning to health. I am a diabetic (type 2) and I have a four hour diabetic class tomorrow, so I don't know if I could make it tomorrow night, unless my granddaughter would be willing to take me. We live in Canyon Country, CA. and I'm not sure how far that is from here to there. If nothing else I will try to find your book. Would you add me on your friend list? Thank you, and LOve and Peace.
