Meditation for Self Healing and Empowerment

Dear Community,

I am teaching this 7 week meditation class in two locations:

Middletown, California at my home temple beginning next Monday. The class will meet weekly from 10am-11:30am

Novato, California - Meets Tuesday Evenings beginning November 10th from 7pm-9pm

The course will cover chakra balancing, energy cleansing and empowerment techniques. This is a powerful "in the body" self healing technique which forms the foundation for the Essene Sevenfold Path of Peace practices and ministry which include energy healing, healing practices for women, psychic development, working with dreams and purification practices.
