~SUMMER BEACH MEDITATION SERIES~

Ahhh finally Summer is here! Hot nights, fresh cool breeze, the sight and sound of the relaxing ocean waves, soaking the last bits of the sun before a beautiful sunset all while being enchanted by musical drumming reflecting your inner core beats...yup that sounds like this summer's beach meditation event alright! Hope you can join in on all the fun!

Here are the following Beach Meditation dates for the summer:

*Sunday, July 25th, 5pm-Sunset
*Sunday, August 8th, 5pm-Sunset
*Sunday, August 22nd, 5pm-Sunset


We will gather together and connect with Mother Earth as we take a beautiful and fun journey in the present moment to our divinity, our spirit, body and soul connection.

Come learn essential meditation tools that will empower your everyday life and raise your consciousness to explore and heal within!

This is will be a great sanctuary setting to let go of the old and what no longer serves us and embrace the new that lies beneath.

We will also create new intentions and goals for our lives as we create space for all the new that is ready to come in.

I am very excited and looking forward to this event!

**Plus with special musical guest, Matthew Hufschmidt who will magically lead us into the sunset in a closing musical meditation! (Feel free to bring musical instruments to join in too!)

No meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome to come!

*Please bring warm clothes, a blanket or towel to sit*

Where: Santa Monica Beach: 2600 Barnard Way **Please meet in front of Perry's Bike Rental**

WE WILL END UP ON THE BEACH BETWEEN LIFEGUARD POSTS 25 & 26

(2 Blocks west from Main St., cross street Ocean Park and Barnard Way)
