So close...to releasing my first book! The official title is
Break/Through: Healing Obesity, Debt, and Depression One Chakra at a Time
It is just about, absolutely, positively, almost, nearly finished. :) All the writing is done. Nearly all the designing is done. All's left is tying up loose ends and there aren't very many of them. There will be a separate email announcing the good news...keep an eye out!

For those who offered to write testimonials, thank you!!! I have received a number of them and am happily awaiting the arrival of any others. Even if they don't make it in time for the book release, definitely send them along b/c I will be able to use them in promos, on the blog, and in subsequent editions of the book. I am so grateful for all the glowing support!

Also, I am debuting a new column on my blog ( http://www.chakra-girl.com ), called "Ask Chakra Girl". Initially, it will be posted once a week. Questions are welcome! Topics can include: Chakras, intuition, and how energy imbalances manifest in relationships, work/domestic situations, emotions, behaviors, physical illnesses, and any number of other things. If you have a question but aren't sure if it'll fit, try me! :)

Finally, tomorrow morning on Chakra Girl Radio (CGR - http://www.blogtalkradio.com/chakra-girl ) I will be talking about the Solar Plexus - the Chakrum of personal power - in context of how energy acceleration (Mayan Calendar/2012) is affecting each of our journeys of empowerment.
