How the Mind Works with the Heart, Fear and its Role, and How to Mind Shift to Create a Stillness

Thoughts flow and we waste so much of our time absorbed in them.
In this hour talk, Hope will reflect on how the mind brings us thoughts and how every situation brings more thoughts. She will show ways we can filter the thoughts and mind shift them to move out to reflect new positive thoughts.
Hope will touch on how you can do some work on yourself and eventually link the heart to create positive thoughts in your reality. Creation starts with visuals from the mind. Manifestation detours when we allow the fears, worries and doubts to take control.
Learn how to know when the thoughts that come together are ones created from the higher good, or created from the Ego.
