Spend an evening learning and experienc-ing the energy-enhancing movements, breaths, and self-inquiry exercises of Ten-segrity: the modern version of the practi-cal wisdom of the shamans of ancient Mexico as taught to Carlos Castaneda. Learn how to access a little-known part of your self – your energy body – that which contributes substantially to your daily en-ergy, naturally exists in a state of silence, and helps guide your life to principles of higher consciousness in the form of sober emotions, mental clarity and physical well-being.
