I am grateful for everyone's grateful posts. I am also happy and thrilled my favorite yoga teacher who I never get to take from will be teaching tomorrow if I can up in time for her class. I am thrilled that my fantastic dentist removed the last of the mercury from my teeth yesterday after 6 dental visits!!! I am grateful for a caring dentist and his caring staff!

I am grateful for having glimpsed the light inside the deepest place of relaxation within me...

We can not wait for good experiences to feel gratitude for. We have to trust that seemingly hard, fractious experience is there for our growth and a prompt to enlightenment

Thanks Hyper-k - good post, I spent some time reflecting and replying to Linda Lawson's great query above: "How is your life when you feel gratitude for everything that you experience?" I get an inner smile just reflecting on the question, so I plan to spend a lot of time inquiring about it. Thanks everybody, everywhere, Ron

Today I am grateful for a multitude of things including:

1)That the people who know more than me are willing to share it.
2)Resentment is transient, and can give way to better understanding.
3) Perserverance can move the tallest obstacles
4) Systems can be changed
5) I get to get the hell out of this urban jungle for a bit of the woods and mother nature for the next 10 days (i.e., Vipassana)!
6) I get to start my day over by the simple acknowledgment that I am not in control
7) I am in the next phase of my life
8) God is!

I could keep going, but that is more than enough for now. Tune into my blog regarding Vipassana, pray for all of us to have a safe and productive outing.

Best,
Mike
