Paris sounds heavenly Denise. The soft temperatures sound nice too. We are due for some warmer temps in N. California too soon. I am ready after recent rain and a cold night tonight. I am thankful for the variety though and we need the extra water so I appreciate the rain. It certainly makes everything green and beautiful.

I am thankful for all of your voices, which emphasize this great attitudinal shift that I have needed for so long: gratitude. Without it I go to negativity, resentment, discontent, and ugh!!! It's good to know that I am not alone. One day I will resume yoga, but for today I am grateful to spirits like yourselves (which is all of us really), who are grateful for this day.

Gratitude is a powerfull vibration, I have been practicing Gratitude daily and intensely over the past year and it has literally changed my life. I've learned that there is so much to be grateful for when you take nothing for granted.

I am grateful for my yoga practice which grounds me and brings me a lot of peace and joy. I am thankful for finding old friends on facebook and for the people who started a website for my tiny boarding school in Cazadero so we could reconnect. I am thankful for the rain and the lush green everywhere and the sunshine to come.

I had a pretty bad and tough day at work dealing with and listening to three sides of an issue and trying to understand them all without losing my objectivity...and my sanity! Thank God I have vanilla ice cream at home and it somehow lighten up my mood.

I'm grateful to spending time with my son praticing for his role in the "Rainbow Fish" play later this week. He was able to show my sister and I the other roles as well. I'm grateful for children's program such as silly old "Barney" for bring the gift of song back into my life through my most enthusiastic minor fan.

Remember the movie, PLAY IT FORWARD. To me, being in gratitude is Playing it Forward: helping someone from a place of unconditional love just because you can and you choose to do so. In that moment of selfless giving, we are all ONE. We are affirming our unity and harmony. For in helping others, we help ourselves and all of humanity. I'm grateful for really feeling and remembering this today. It's up to be to be aware and conscious in each moment to know and feel where it is appropriate to make a difference in another's life. I'm grateful for the loving energy of the site that moves us all into a new knowningness. Lots of love, Arlene
