Meditation is the best way in my opinion to learn how to interact with the realities around us. I walk a Shamanic Path, and due to that I have learned to use meditation as a means to literally interact with the Nature Elements, and all else. By meditating on the breeze that gently blows by you, you can "piggy back' with it and be taken for a ride. With meditation, you can place your back up against a tree, and interact with the way the roots of the tree pull in energy from the earth,, how the oxygen will leave from the leave's, how the breeze feels as it flows through the tree limb's. Even the small itch of bugs chewing through the bark. That is what meditation brings to me, a deeper connection to the elements, and the endless variety of life.
