The 2013 Collection: The Visionary Interprative Artwork of Joe Benham

I spontaneously line-draw these images, until i see some specific form or pleasing abstract composition. Many people tell me some of them look Mayan and North-west Native.

I started off line-drawing this way about 18 years ago. My first notable piece was the colorful cat image i use as my personal icon image.

I continued developing this style, then just recently in 2008 had creative explosion of new work. I now have over 40 images which I'm very pleased with and am producing about ten new ones every month.
