Compliment a stranger's festive hat or whistle a tune for someone who's feeling down. And if you're feeling down yourself, do it anyway.....sometimes making someone else feel good is the best thing you can do for yourself. Oh, and remind yourself too. That you love yourself, and that you're special. Because it's true, and the more you keep saying it the easier it is to remember.
