Mukunda resides in Ashland, Oregon. He's part sound healer, song weaver, throat/overtone singer, percussionist, visionary artist, didgeridoo performer, bassist, guitarist, and keyboardist. A dedicated world fusion composer, producer, and performer, Mukunda also is a percussionist, multi-instrumentalist, and yoga teacher.

Mukunda offers local events weekly in Ashland. What's happening now in his music art, and Yoga studio are : Vibrational Sound Baths, Sacred music and dance events, and Yoga with Live Sound. He uses a live looping machine to record layers of sound.

Seeing One Giant Leap was a pivotal point in his music career. World music is his biggest inspiration. He has been immersed in the study of music and percussion from around the world for many years. Also, his love for modern grooves, and inspiring artists like Cheb I Sabbah and Shaman's Dream are big inspirations for him.
