The old must be released so that the new can enter

Just like the beautiful trees that surround your earth, it is time to shed that which no longer serves you. Are there unreleased situations and people that you have not let go of yet? Life is a cycle of beginnings and endings. Each completions makes way for new thoughts, people and events to enter. New growth emerges where it has room to grow.

Take a moment today and spend some time with nature, preferablly in nature and see the wonders of the cycles of life. Nature trusts that the sun will rise tomorrow and the spring will come, bringing with it new growth and life. This is the time for rest and rejuvination before the next cycle begins. While in nature write a letter from your angels or guides asking 'what is it that I need to release' and watch as the answers come to you. Don't analyze or second guess them now, just write from your heart. And then later read your letter, and see if there is anything you are holding onto that needs to be transformed.

Enjoy the process, as this is indeed the process of evolution and that is what you have to earth to experience.
