Healing from the inside outwards

The Heart must heal. It is time to let go of a past hurt, betrayal, grief, loneliness, anger etc. Let go of the past so that there is room for the new to enter. Angel wisdom reminds you that the love that you send out into the world is an important part of your life purpose.

This can take some time, so be patient with yourself. Treat yourself as you would any ailing person, with caution, gentleness, and tenderness. Next, get out into the world - not in a harsh fashion - go for walks in the parks, the forests, the mountains, by a stream or the ocean, anywhere that lightens your mood and outlook. Spend some time with our great healer, mother earth and regain your foothold on the planet. Your heart will mend and you are ready to dance among the living once again.
