A good analogy for the thoughts and emotions that continually churn through our brain is stirring the mud at the bottom of a stream of water. When we learn to still our minds, we let these errant feelings and preconceptions slowly drift away in the current and give our mind's eye clarity of vision to see with perception. We open ourselves to inspiration, understanding and truth. Clarity allows us to act from a stance of inner peace and harmony.
