I Write!

This is a note which I had done while letting myself loose on my Facebook Notes. Few commented and fewer could grasp it.... Laurie Lundquist's thought were interesting and true.
I am repeating those thoughts here.....

The pen.... the most powerful weapon to the human intellect, is now facing extinction. The keyboard, mouse, touch-screens are now the carriers of communication. The Dvorak Keyboard, though invented way back in the 1970s, is yet to catch up. However, direct speech is most likely to be it.

The pen.... known as the "Qalam" in Arabic, Aramaic and Hebrew is symbolic to communication. It is said that The Lord, in the beginning, commanded: Let there be Light - and there was Light. And that light was ask to turn around. And it turned around ("turning away" from The Lord). And then it was asked to write. And then it asked: What should I write?!

And today, volumes and volumes and volumes are being written... but with the back to The Lord.

May The Lord have mercy on those who write!
