I am doing good. The oxygen yesterday at the dentist I think really helped me. My body really likes added oxygen and it helps me to feel more "normal". If you ever need it Dr. F. near you has it too and uses it in his practice.

Tonight was my third day in a row of yoga! I am trying to eat better too. I just had a giant salad with lots of cilantro in it to pull out any lurking left over mercury from yesterday.

The dentist was fantastic. He was super caring and the minute I got there they gave me charcoal caps and then later homeopathic tabs for pain when I left. So far it really was not super bad just a bit uncomfortable getting the Novocain. I do like the oxygen!!!

I so hope you start to feel better. Ferrum Phos a homeopathic cell salt that you can buy at Whole Foods would probably help with any dizziness. I like to buy the Hylands brand. It is only about $10. and good to have it around.

I plan to try to get to bed earlier then normal tonight too.

I so hope you feel better!!!! What town is Mark's orchard in?

Kat said some of her relatives are from Faiel. I will ask what island most of them are from. Also I told her Mark had an almond orchard in the Central Valley and she said she also has relatives in Mantecca. She has one giant family!!!

I am hoping she invites me to her wedding which she is currently planning because then I will get to meet all her relatives that live around here. She met a cousin she did not know she had recently and she looks a lot like her. They are now friends.

I will ask Kat which island. You would like her. She is one of the sweetest nicest people I know. She works in oyster heaven too - Hog Island Farms. She has tons of relatives from the Azores living around here.

Chloe has got to be better behaved on the leash then this giant out of control bouncing off the walls big ole chocolate lab who not only pulls but gets nippy when he does not get his way. He never got trained as a pup and his owners never let him go in the car or anywhere even the vet.

Luckily he has six acres to run around on but he never gets to leave the property. He would love to go to the beach but the way he behaves I no longer try to take him on the leash or anywhere. Maybe it is true you can't teach an old dog new tricks. I do love him I just wish he was better trained.

Off to go finish my dang salvia test... yoga was great tonight - they had live music for the Hindu holiday and we did some chanting too.

Seeds are always good!!! Trying to get ready for yoga and moving slowly... Chloe is a good girl to get you out for walks. I wish the dog here knew out to walk on a leash but he has no clue and behaves horribly on one.

Thanks for the chocolate tip. Does it taste like normal chocolate or do the beets make it taste differently?

FEEL BETTER!

I need to get in better shape too. My new acupuncturist reminded me that walking and exercise help with the lymph system but I am not about to go out walking in this rain... I did walk on a recent sunny day and it did feel good.

Did you go to a yoga class or did you do it at home?

Sorry to hear you are in pain? Where is it and what kind? I am okay yet tired and doing an adrenal test today so having to suck on cotton 4 times a day... yummy yummy!!!! And I can't eat my normal garlic onions cabbage etc...

I just read that probiotics with FOS in them can feed some types of bad yeast and my Multi Vitamin contains FOS so now I have to switch back to my other vitamins and order more.

I hope you feel better!!!!! Tomorrow is dental filling and drilling day here. Tonight I am going to see my Azore friend at yoga. She called to remind me to get my butt to class tonight. Our teachers are leaving for Oz tomorrow night so we are trying to get in as many classes as we can before they abandon us while they go on vacation in a warmer climate - they have a lot of nerve!!!! : - )

What kind of chocolate did you tell Carla we can eat? Off to go suck on some more cotton... yummy yummy...

Who knew???? My yoga class pal just called me. She is super cool and works at Hog Island Farms. She is adorable and full of light and life.

She told me her family is from the Azores and she was there in 2007 and that many of the families out where I live are from the Azores and settled here long ago to ranch and that our yoga teacher's mom is from the Azores too. I wonder if Mark has some relatives out here he does not even know about? Just had to tell you about her. She is going to watch that travel channel show with Anthony about cooking in the earth near the mineral springs in of course the Azore. Someone taped it for her.

Wow you must really know how to knit well! I don't know if I will ever know how to make socks. The Bay Area has super good yarn stores.

The sun already is gone here today but there is always tomorrow. I bet you will find a wonderful doctor with time. I am glad you are feeling positive - it really helps. What are you knitting? I think I will go look for my knitting I have not touched in light years. Knitting is relaxing!

I loved my new acupuncturist/dentist/naturopath and the vega testing. I had a great day. Very high energy and the drive was beautiful. I got back just in time to change and run off to yoga class.

600 people in the Bay Area with no power. Glad we both still have ours and yes I am most grateful for it!!!

Cool you went out to brunch. Those pancakes sound good. Oh the days when I could eat gluten are gone for now...

She said to use a castor oil pack nightly and fall asleep with it on the liver small and large intestine that whole area... she seems very into it and teaches too.
