Emotional abuse is like brain washing, in that it systematically wears away at the target's self-confidence, sense of self-worth, trust in their own perceptions, and self-concept.
Words I know we have all used on ourselves at times 'Am I good enough', when the seed of this is planted by another, it can have fatal consequences.
In this video I share my own harrowing and near fatal experiences and the process to reclaim my self power and life.
