Carlos addresses the audience, lovingly calls Narada a "divine rascal" and tells them that he's glad that George's Nightclub is open again and that he hopes it can be a center for community in San Rafael. "Because when we gather like this, you're able to change the vibration of the the Bay Area". He also hopes that people can "be more NICE".
