Like you, our mission resonates at the same frequency and we are at the beginning stages of an art, music, light event here in St. Petersburg FL. The event will be held on our spiritual Unity campus. I am happy to see a message from Carlos. I was hoping that he would be more of a presence. I was in Mill Valley the other day so went ot Maria Maria for dinner. We toasted you with a bottle of Chilean cab ( hope the tour is going well) and enjoyed everything - chips, salsas, guac. , fish tacos, flan and great service from a guy named Ben. Will be in Tempe in a couple of weeks and hope to drag my dragon boat team to that location of MM.

How exciting to be connected and sharing with you all, the ones that have the great courage to make a change [both within and without] and to assist any that are drawn to creating more harmony, unconditional love and hope for this planet and her inhabitants. Thank you Carlos for creating this network, which is so 'in-tune' [excuse the pun] with this extraordinary time of great change and growth here on earth.

My experience is from a full heart we can grow, we can let go the struggle of life, and become one with the rhythms of our life and then if we are lucky, have the privilege to share this with others. My learning is that great things come with effort and discipline, [even though I tried to believe the opposite was true for a long time.] Through the daily simple practices of the Insight Foundations integration tools, life truly can be authentic again, and its only then often we wake up to just how much wasted energy we put into suffering, [and we wonder why we are tired all the time?]

There is a hope and there is a joyful knowing that comes with being in the right place at the right time that is much sweeter and more satisfying than any food, drug or praise. To me, its a growing feeling of a kind of state of Heaven, yet here we are on earth! I love that we can choose to bring this state of heaven and all the healing and love that represents, down to earth, to all her kingdoms and create such healing, love and hope. My learning is it starts with us, individually. Small baby steps of integration, one step at a time, letting go the judgment...creating our solid foundations we can shine from, onwards and inwards.... love Jacqui.
