Here's a simple practice to do during the day that helps you become free of thoughts in meditation. We tend to identify with our past and then this identity tries to meditate;
tries to become free, tries to be happy without success. By doing this simple practice you can be freed from the past into who you truly are which is pure happiness. May it bring you bliss!
