We’d like to show the side of the world you don’t normally see on television.
Still photos and motion video from over 4 years of my site coverage of yet another famous Chicagoland haunted site located on what was a Native American village up-until the mid 1800's and became the property of a wealthy Illinois coal mogul:Francis Stuyvesant Peabody. ...The Mayslake manor mansion still stands as well as the abandoned and dilapidated St Paschal's Friary on the south side of the property... Mr Peabody died of a heart attack in the late 1920s while participating in a fox hunt along the lake and was said to be found lying next to his favorite steed that stood faithfully by the side of his fallen master...several of his thoroughbred horses horses are buried on the property on the east side of the mansion and marked with large crude crosses ...this is also the site of numerous reports of paranormal activity....b
