In my experience, spirituality & meditation is ultimately about allowing Shakti, the Divine Energy to take over. This is how enlightenment happens. You become humbled into bliss.
And so this video is kind of a guided meditation on giving yourself over to bliss, over to the goodness that is being transmitted. When you are humbled into bliss, the individual "I" dissolves and there is only One Infinite Divine Bliss.
