TRANSFORM THE FEAR IN YOUR LIFE.

Growing up as the child of parents who were once prisoners of war, fear was an emotion that I clearly understood.
It has been my mission to transmute that fear in my own life. Fear clearly blocks the light from coming through.

"Only when we are no longer afraid do we begin to live".

why I love yoga

I love yoga, because it loves me. When I breath into a pose, the energy that comes back is regenerative and healing, like love. And so - it is love. It is the attention focused and care given to my body and spirit that returns to me multiplied and metamorphosed. Yoga is the (re)cycling of energy, moving from the point of intention within my distracted monkey mind through the breath, body, emotions and spirit divine; and back again to a more focused state of mind. With each cycle returning a… Continue

Dumb, Insane

The incredibly dumb and insane planet spun, crazily, around and around, over and over and over again ad infinitum, and every time it turned, the contents of millions of boxes of all different kinds of cereal in pantries and cupboards all over the world, shooshed to the top, then to the sides, then to the bottom, then back into the top again with each steaming and dimpled revolution of that tragic and dirt crusted orb. Every six times, a small magical glinting toy surprise wrapped in sugar-dusty… Continue

Weekly Tidbit: Opening Your Throat Chakra

Chakras are centers for receiving, processing and transmitting the energies of life, often visualized as spinning vortexes. The throat chakra relates specifically to communication, to speaking and being heard. It is the energetic repository of all the messages we have ever heard about our rights and our abilities to communicate. "Children should be seen and not heard.... What a beautiful voice you have..... I really like talking to you...... You're just shy..... Don't talk back...... Don't say… Continue

On A Wing & A Prayer

The Power of prayer

Prayer can mean different things to different people. Let’s break it down to its basic principles. If you are praying then you are usually asking for assistance (help me) or guidance (show me) with something. This is when you feel that you either don’t have the means or capability to help yourself or see the forest for the trees.

This also means that you are asking someone outside of yourself, whether it is God or angels or ancestors. Prayer doesn’t… Continue

Daily Quote Of The Day By Lynn Fishman

MAKE NOT MISTAKE THERE WILL BE FAILURES ALONG THE WAY, ITS WHAT WE DO AFTERWARDS THAT COUNTS.

"Making your mark on the world is hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. But it's not. It takes patience, it takes commitment, and it comes with plenty of failure along the way. The real test is not whether you avoid this failure, because you won't. it's whether you let it harden or shame you into inaction, or whether you learn from it; whether you choose to… Continue

The Heart of Prayer

WORD FOR THE DAY
Tuesday, Jul. 14 (gratefulness.org)

What is real prayer? Praise to God.
And the meaning of praise? Appreciating;
thus opening the heart more and more
to the divine beauty one sees in manifestation.

Daily Quote By Lynn Fishman

WE NEVER QUITE LEAVE THE PAST BEHIND, BUT RATHER LEARN TO MERGE WHAT IS KNOWN WITH WHAT IS UNKNOWN. IN THIS PROCESS WE PREPARE OUR MIND AND HEREIN LIES OUR POWER.

Origin & Survival of a species

The natural world is filled with thousands and thousands of species of animals and creatures that do not care about what their purpose on our planet is. The simplest and most basic concept that every life-form IS concerned with is…

1. SURVIVAL

That is all that any living being, sentient or stupid, is driven by. Life as we know it – animal or human – revolves around that simple Neanderthal principle. Add any meaning to that existence and you’re thinking like a… Continue

What if this IS Reality: Part 3

Now that we have proven that we are real, physical, and in a physical environment, let’s look at what is not physical. No, not what isn’t real.

The Facts – Non-physical:

You make something “good/bad” by giving your opinion about it.

Yes, you really are thinking that this is crap.

I think, therefore I am. We would like to think that that phrase in some weird way sums it up.

OK. How about … what you think, is real to you. But, what others… Continue

What if this IS Reality: Part 2

The Facts – Physical:

Your body is real and what you experience is real.

Yes, you really are reading these words on the screen. Remember, assume nothing.

You can feel the chair under you, you can see the screen with your eyes, and I’m sure it’s got an ozone kind of smell to it. You can go as far as tasting it to prove the next sense that you have. You can even hear the words spoken as you carry on with the physical experience.

Other people… Continue

What if this IS Reality

PART 1: INTRODUCTION

For the purpose of this exercise, let’s, by some stretch of the imagination, take it that this is reality. Let’s forget about what everyone thinks and assumes. In fact, let’s assume nothing.

Let’s not assume that there is an alternate reality. Let’s deal with what is.

Let’s not assume that the dream world is reality. Let’s just dream our dreams.

Let’s not assume that there are other dimensions beyond our imagination. Hell, let’s not use our… Continue

What I believe…

“Beliefs” definition (Oxford):

1. the feeling that something is real and true, trust, confidence.

2. something accepted as true, what one believes.

3. religion, something taught as part of this, Christian beliefs.

Now look at definition 1. I want a big red marker underlining and circling and starring the word “feeling”.

Adding to the world’s conflicts:

If we could ask you to think of a religious (not spiritual) belief that has not caused… Continue

The Time

We do have the plenty of it, the question is about how to use it. When being happy we wish it would last forever, but it seams to fly so fast. Yet when facing difficulties it does not seam to move at all. Then it is the calling to make a change or just the need to heal something inside to feel better again. So the feeling gets us to the right track again.

What we all need is to take the time for the family, friends, fulfilling our dreams and using our full potential. We should also work… Continue
