The 13th House Grandmother's Initiative

The 13th House Grandmother's Initiative is a Vigil Group who stand as Watchers and Guardians of Gaia and Her children -- both animal and vegetable, mineral and biological, chemical and alchemical, animate and inanimate, gaseous and solid. This is the formation of a group of kindly witnesses to a magical rebirth held in the hearts of many on Earth, set to occur in the Gregorian year, 2012. It is an April Fool's initiative in that it calls to the innocent, ever young, miraculously optimistic, Divine Fool in all of us, and subscribes to the Cosmic Joke of existence. We stand as very happy that the All Being is having a good Time, and 'having us on' about the whole thing and our role in it.

The 13th House Grandmothers stand as witnesses to Who It Is We Really Are, What the Universe is Really Made Of, and What We All Have to Say About That. We stand as stewards and Guardians of the unique and wonder-filled opportunity provided by this, our Infinitely Beautiful Creation, and Gaia's appointed role as Mother of Invention. We hope to see Her children play nicely, share their toys, thrive, prosper, enjoy, and all the other things Grandmothers are interested in for their co-created lineages.

We are dedicated to Life on Earth, its infinite possibilities and expressions. We stand as kindly, interested sentinels at the threshold of 2012 and its subscribed-to rebirth event, unattached to outcomes, and concerned with no 'results' but the Eternal Return, Ongoingness, the Blessed Continuum, ad Infinitum, in Perpetuity, World Without End, in Wholeness and Wellbeing, Blessed Be.

The 13th House Grandmothers Initiative is open to all women who have engendered a third generation from their bodies, who have ceased (or are in the process of ceasing) to bleed, have over 55 years of life on Earth, or all of the above. It is not necessary to have had children of your body to join. The 13th House Grandmothers are an Attitude, and a Stance, and all who qualify are welcome.
